A mobile app that helps sales teams close the best deals.

Challenge

The company had a lead time of up to five hours between generating a quote for the customer, negotiating prices and closing a purchase order. That's because there was no online system to check prices and availability of products.

The goal was to create software that would enable the sales team to generate quotes and close orders immediately, online.

Besides this, it would be very useful for the team to be able to monitor their performance on sales campaigns.

My Contribution

To lead discovery sessions with users (sales team), understand pain points, conduct interviews, and develop the appropriate tool for the final goal of the project: reduce lead time for deals.

Exercise the imagination

I led dynamic sessions where participants could unleash their imagination and draw on paper everything they thought would be great to have in a sales tool.
